We ship within 1-3 business days of purchase and use USPS Priority (1-3 business days for Domestic, 6-10 business days for International).
Shipping is by weight and destination:
US
0 - 1 lbs = $1.90
1.01 - 2.00 lbs = $8.00
> 2 lbs = $12.00
Hawaii
0 - 1 lbs = $1.00
1.01 - 2.00 lbs = $3.75
> 2 lbs = $7.50

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@mymanoa.com and we will provide you with a return label as well as instructions on how to proceed.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns if the item is not in its original condition or if it has been damaged or used after being received.
